The rooms at the Henley Hotel have been recently refurbished and have a modern look. the beds are very comfortable. - the hotel is conveniently located near the wedding venue, Henley Golf Club.

This is a low-key hotel with friendly and welcoming staff, perfectly adequate bedrooms, a good breakfast and easy parking. For these reasons I have stayed here on several occassions. Other guests tend to be holidaymakers and tradesmen working away from home.

The WiFi is poor.

the staff were fab and the breakfast was good.I understand that some well needed up dates are in the near plans.The room was comfortable but the bathroom need up dateing and the over all decour needs improvement.

This place is situated in a wonderful and beautiful location near a friendly restaurant and the Cotswolds, which was perfect for our trip.

The breakfast selection includes delicious croissants and fresh fruit; the beautiful location is close to Henley-in-Arden and the Henley Golf Club wedding venue.

Booked this place for a weekend getaway, enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay in a nicely decorated hotel located near a functional building and the peaceful Arden train station.

Very friendly staff, always do far more than their job-description, I`m sure, to make customers welcome and comfortable. They are extremely helpful.The breakfast is good, and offers a wide choice of healthy food. The rooms are plain but comfortable.

The car-park was very icy, but fortunately I didn`t get stuck.We didn`t get the family room I had booked. That happened last year too. We had to have two separate rooms, which was not what we wanted.

Not set up positiveley to have evening meals... Encouraged to be bused to nearby sister hotel. Limited bar facility and normal hotel facilities on site, a dormitary budget hotel at a higher price.

Friendly staff, changed our room from a shower to a bath on request.

It had no atmosphere the bar was like a conference room. Empty and cold feeling as was the first room we were put in. The second room was better.

Everything was excellent,however...we had three hours sleep due to the terrible noise from other customers...they themselves were not noisy but the rooms are badly designed considering noise from the next or below rooms.There appears to be no soundproofing as it was like the people below were in our room with us!

The staff was wonderful, and the room was impressive and elegant, in a marvelous location near Henley on Arden, the Cotswolds, and the breakfast restaurant.

Service and breakfast were good

The rooms were very dated and small for a £77 per night hotel. The bath panel was hanging off in the room, paint was chipping from the walls, the netting in the bathroom was moldy and not sewn properly, the shower hose was old and kinked so water did not come out effectively which meant either a cold spurt of water or a boiling hot one!! This hotel room was not value for money in any way - I would have been happier paying nearer to £55 - £60 for the room - £77 is FAR too much for the state of the room.

The staff were excellent... polite, friendly,and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and the paninis served in the bar were most enjoyable.

Some aspects of the room and bathroom were a little tired.

The location was practical, next to Henley-on-Arden with lovely bars nearby. We truly enjoyed the twin room, which was a nice size and newly decorated. - the bathroom was pretty good.

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful - genuinely so.

Poor wi-fi reception in the rooms. Had to go into public area to use.
